Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education – Master Peace Officer License Chris Grollnek

Six months after retiring from the city, the State of Texas issued my Master Peace Officer License. Aside from my postgraduate Master’s Degree and over 4,000 hours of in-service Peace Officer Training, this was an exceptional accomplishment. Another certificate earned through training and execution is the advanced SWAT Tactics Instructor Trainer course. This is one of the most rewarding certificates in my possession. Together they make a rare accomplishment inside most police agencies across the country.  All bureaucracy aside, the State of Texas may be a little slow on the issuance, but as they say, better late than never.

Rarely would I promote a self-achievement, but it is what I aspired to gain since the day I started my journey. From the day the police academy started to the day I finished, I never lost track of this goal.

After retiring I have been consulting the media, corporations, government(s) and legal and compliance. Policy and Ethics are strategic standards for most companies and adding a trained interview and policy coordinator is a must.

My short bio for consideration:

Chris Grollnek is an award-winning former police investigator and one of the nation’s policy experts in the prevention of Active Shooter Incidents. considered as the leading cause of Domestic Terrorism events, its important for people with more than academic achievements begin and continue to study to the phenomenon of such tragedies. Recognized as a leader of police and public safety initiatives, Chris has experience advising government and corporate executives. Governors, Prime Ministers, Presidential candidates, and political think tanks have called upon Chris’ experience. These include time spent testifying to Congressional House and Senate committees.
